Job Description
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Analyze financial workflows, payment processes, and accounting systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.
FinTech / BFSI Domain Expertise
- Understand payment systems, AP automation, financial reporting, and banking workflows.
- Evaluate compliance, risk, and regulatory aspects related to financial transactions.
- Support development of solutions related to payments, financial integrations, and automation.
Testing \& Quality Assurance
- Design and execute functional test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validation.
- Ensure delivered features meet business expectations and quality standards.
- Work closely with QA teams to improve test coverage and product stability.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a bridge between business teams, clients, and development teams.
- Conduct product demos, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions.
- Provide functional guidance to development teams during implementation.
