Job Description

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Analyze financial workflows, payment processes, and accounting systems to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.

FinTech / BFSI Domain Expertise

  • Understand payment systems, AP automation, financial reporting, and banking workflows.
  • Evaluate compliance, risk, and regulatory aspects related to financial transactions.
  • Support development of solutions related to payments, financial integrations, and automation.

Testing \& Quality Assurance

  • Design and execute functional test cases and test scenarios.
  • Perform UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validation.
  • Ensure delivered features meet business expectations and quality standards.
  • Work closely with QA teams to improve test coverage and product stability.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a bridge between business teams, clients, and development teams.
  • Conduct product demos, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions.
  • Provide functional guidance to development teams during implementation.
