Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Conduct research and benchmarking on business ecosystems, global expansion, and family business practices.
• Develop structured frameworks, playbooks, and models to support incubation, ecosystem building, and external consultant engagement.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver clear, insightful presentations, reports, and playbooks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other pillars to ensure alignment of insights with execution plans.
• Provide problem-solving support to leadership and project teams, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel \& PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Curious, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
