About Position:

• Role: Business Analyst with FX Trading and Trade surveillance experience
• Location: Iselin, NJ

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in FX Trading and Trade Surveillance platforms such as OneTick and Actimize. This role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on technical skills, and solid understanding of front-office trading workflows and market abuse controls. Please share the resumes.

What You'll Do:

• Migration from Domestics WIRES
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on

FX trading

and

RFQ workflows

, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

• Work closely with surveillance, compliance, and technology teams to analyze, implement, and enhance

trade surveillance controls

(e.g., Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning).

• Perform detailed data analysis using

SQL

and interpret results to support alert tuning, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams working on

time-series database

platforms such as OneTick or KDB.

• Independently manage tasks, deliver high quality work on time, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Participate in

Agile ceremonies,

provide user stories, acceptance criteria, and support iterative delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of

FX trading products and workflows

.

• In‑depth understanding of

RFQ trading mechanisms

.

• Solid knowledge of

Trade Surveillance controls

and market‑abuse patterns (Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning, etc.).

• Hands‑on SQL expertise

required.

• Experience working with

time‑series databases

(OneTick or KDB) is a strong plus.

• Ability to work

independently

with minimal supervision.

• Excellent

communication skills

and ability to interact with technical and business teams.

• Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodologies
