We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Business Analyst

to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong research background who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will play a key role in defining product requirements, conducting market intelligence, and ensuring the quality of our digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for the product and engineering teams.
• Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark competitor features.
• Design and execute comprehensive QA processes to ensure data accuracy and a seamless user experience for all new feature releases.
• Develop and maintain high-quality product documentation, including user manuals, feature guides, and internal release notes.
• Create compelling presentations for internal leadership, sales teams, and clients to communicate product value and roadmaps.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Technology teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights that support future product planning and roadmap development.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or a related analytical role.
• Full professional proficiency in both

English and Arabic

(Bilingual is a must).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong research capabilities and a detail-oriented approach to comparative analysis.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
