Business Analyst

We’re looking for a

Business Analyst

with strong SQL skills to join a high‑performing product and engineering environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, product development, and functional analysis, and who enjoys working closely with developers to shape scalable, intelligent solutions including AI‑enhanced features.

You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements while diving into data to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and support decision‑making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Working closely with developers, product managers, and SDLC teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
• Applying Agile practices across sprints, ceremonies, and iterative product development
• Using SQL to query, mine, validate, and interpret data to support product decisions
• Mapping and understanding dependencies across systems, data flows, and product components
• Supporting the creation and refinement of data models, process records, and workflow documentation
• Collaborating on AI‑incorporated features, helping shape requirements and evaluating outputs
• Reviewing dashboards, reports, and code outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs

Must‑Have Skills \& Experience

• Strong SQL querying ability — able to mine data, validate logic, and support analysis
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with solid functional documentation skills
• Experience working with SDLC teams, developers, and product teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to interpret data models, process flows, and system dependencies
• Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and basic code interpretation
• Exposure to AI‑driven product features (bonus if you’ve helped define or test them)
