🔹 Position: Business Analyst – Sales Department
Reports To:
Sales VP – Oil \& Gas Division
Main Scope of the Role
To monitor business performance (booking \& billing), streamline sales processes, and support the Sales Team in achieving departmental targets. The role acts as a key interface between Sales and Planning and is responsible for generating essential analytical reports for management.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Science, Engineering, or Commerce

Experience
- 7–9 years of relevant experience
is required.
- Experience in
HVAC industry
is
highly preferred
.
- Project Planning
experience is strongly preferred.

📌 Main Duties \& Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly
Billing \& Booking Forecasting
with proper analysis.
- Prepare
Quarterly Order Booking Forecasts
for Procurement, Production Planning, and Sales Planning.
- Share monthly booking breakdowns with the Sales Director and follow up with MSPs \& OPT to meet monthly targets.
- Follow up on
SMT updates
with ASMs/MSPs.
- Finalize
lead times
with Sales Planning quarterly.
- Assist Sales Team with
short-delivery and premium orders
and confirm deliveries.
- Review Sales Orders for multipliers, budget numbers, etc.
- Prepare
Monthly \& Annual Sales Presentations
.
- Work with the Sales Director on
Annual Budget \& Target Setting
.
- Share monthly/quarterly/annual billing \& booking forecasts with CCPD.
- Conduct monthly
Backlog Analysis
.
- Review modification requests submitted by Sales.
- Act as the liaison between
Sales and Planning
teams.
- Coordinate with the Costing team regarding multipliers and pricing.
