Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across multiple data sources
• Transform and prepare complex datasets for analytics, modelling, and reporting
• Develop and maintain data environments including data lakes and warehouses
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
• Create dashboards and analytics outputs to support decision-making
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Required Skills \& Experience

• 3\+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, along with SQL
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or similar
• Understanding of data pipelines, data structures, and analytics workflows
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to marketing analytics, digital data, or campaign performance analysis
• Experience with dashboarding or lightweight application tools (e.g. R Shiny, Bokeh)
• Experience working with APIs or large-scale data environments
