We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure to work from the customer location in Raritan, NJ. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting leadership with high-quality executive communication.

Key Responsibilities Executive communication support

Preparing briefs and summaries to present to senior leadership

Drafting and refining presentations and reports that outline progress challenges and strategic alignment

Design and build dashboards and reports to support decision making Strategic messaging alignment

Crafting messages for team to communicate effectively across departments

Ensuring internal and external communications align with strategic priorities Change management communications

Developing communication plans to support change management such as for system rollouts cloud migrations or process improvements Internal cross departmental updates

Drafting executive level updates for internal newsletters emails or memos Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Required Skills Strong Business Analysis experience with exposure to Cloud and Infrastructure domains Handson experience in dashboard creation and reporting Proficiency across Microsoft O365 tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership
