Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a
Business Analyst
to join the Data \& Analytics team based at our head office in Andover.
This role will involve documenting, analysing, and challenging existing manufacturing processes to support a major systems change programme. You will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, aligning data and systems, and translating operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
As a Business Analyst, you will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:15, Friday 08:30 to 13:30\. This is a permanent position. Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed, with an expectation of two to three days per week in the Andover office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, inquisitive, and passionate about driving process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, it is essential that you have previous experience working as a Business Analyst within a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems, BI tools such as Looker, or platforms such as IFS and Creatio would be desirable.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping of manufacturing operations, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support data and systems alignment, including mapping data flows between legacy systems and ERP platforms
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements using workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis
- Own and prioritise the product backlog for manufacturing-related ERP features and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align on priorities, requirements, and delivery plans
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities

Qualifications
Business Analyst Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment
- Strong process mapping skills (e.g. Visio, Miro, or similar tools)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
