A must hands on experience playing role as business analyst for any HRMS or Human capital management implementation or solution

Understanding of requirement elicitation frameworks – PESTLE, SOAR, SWOT, MOSCOW, etc

Experience in any one or more of the HRMS functional areas,

• Organization Management
• People Management
• Performance Management
• Learning Management
• Payroll – India
• Recruitment/ Any ATS

Independently develop comprehensive BRD/SRD for assigned change requests

Validation skills for developed requirements

Experience in driving workshops with customers for requirement elicitation
