We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to lead process analysis, data-driven insights, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives. This role operates within a technology solutions environment focused on RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and custom application development. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong process acumen and the ability to understand, embrace, and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. While hands-on experience with these platforms is a plus, a strong curiosity and ability to learn and apply emerging technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis and optimization initiatives

• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation using RPA and low-code/no-code platforms

• Develop current and future state process maps with a focus on technology enablement

• Perform advanced data analysis and build dashboards to support decision-making

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

• Partner with development teams (RPA, Power Platform, Dynamics, custom dev) to design scalable solutions

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive alignment across business and technical teams

• Own project workstreams from discovery through delivery

• Support UAT, validation, and implementation of technology solutions

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

• 2\+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles

• Strong process mapping and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs into technology solutions

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience working with software development teams or custom application development

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar products
