Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled

Business Analyst – Banking

with experience in banking products such as

Risk Management or similar financial systems

. The ideal candidate will have strong

Excel skills

, including proficiency in

pivot tables, formulas

and will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze, document, and optimize banking processes.

Business Analysis \& Banking Product Expertise:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products like

Moody’s, Risk or similar financial platforms

.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance banking product functionalities and improve business processes.
• Work closely with risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Data Analysis \& Reporting:

• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Identify data discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues.

Process Improvement \& Documentation:

• Identify gaps in existing banking workflows and propose automation or optimization solutions.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities in a clear and structured format.
• Work with IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Stakeholder Communication \& Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate discussions, conduct workshops, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of system changes.

Risk \& Compliance Support:

• Support risk and compliance teams in regulatory reporting and audits.
• Ensure banking product configurations align with compliance and risk management guidelines.

Requirements

Banking \& Product Knowledge:

• Understanding of

risk management, financial reporting, and banking regulations

.

• Familiarity with financial models and credit risk

Technical Skills:

• Data Analysis:

Ability to work with large financial datasets.
