Role: Business Analyst

Details: Support the collection and consolidation of Objective and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and additional performance metrics in support of Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews across the cybersecurity organization. Track leadership actions items, decisions, and dependencies to support timely execution of cybersecurity initiatives. Maintain and organize leadership documentation, artifacts, and reference materials to ensure continuity and accessibility across the cybersecurity leadership team. Provide operational support to the Deputy CISO and CISO, including coordination of priorities, facilitation of day-to-day execution activities, and management of leadership calendars in alignment with cybersecurity objectives Ensure appropriate preparation time, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination across leadership commitments and planning cycles Assist with onboarding activities, internal governance processes, and coordination of planning cycles across the cybersecurity organization
