Job Description

Join our journey!

At WirelessCar, we believe in shaping the future of mobility through connected technology. Every day, millions of vehicles around the world rely on our solutions to create safer, smarter, and more sustainable transportation.

We're looking for a collaborative and analytical

Business Analyst

to join our growing US team. If you're passionate about solving complex business challenges, bridging business and technology, and delivering value to customers, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in understanding business needs, defining clear requirements, and helping transform ideas into successful digital solutions. Working closely with customers, Product Owners, engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure initiatives are built on a strong understanding of business problems, customer goals, and expected outcomes.

You'll contribute across the product lifecycle—from early discovery and customer discussions to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement—helping teams make informed decisions and deliver exceptional connected vehicle experiences.

What You'll Do

As part of our Delivery organization, you will:

  • Analyze business problems and customer needs to identify opportunities and define clear outcomes.
  • Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure work is well-defined and ready for development.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams to understand system flows, integrations, and solution impacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions that create alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps while helping structure work into manageable deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain API specifications, integration documentation, and customer-facing technical guidance.
  • Support customer reporting, operational reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Participate in pre-sales activities by helping define use cases, solution concepts, estimates, and proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by challenging assumptions, asking thoughtful questions, and driving clarity throughout the delivery process.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Microsoft Copilot, and other approved AI solutions to support research, documentation, requirements analysis, communication, and productivity.
  • Use AI responsibly to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and deliver greater value for our customers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3\+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology.
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Experience creating use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools is an advantage.
  • Automotive, connected services, SaaS, or enterprise software experience is a plus.
