Job Description
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and BI teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs
- Conduct reporting landscape discovery (usage, dependencies, criticality)
- Translate requirements into functional specs for dashboards and reports
- Support report rationalization (duplication, consolidation, decommissioning)
- Coordinate UAT, validation, and business sign-off
- Ensure alignment with governance standards, data definitions, and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders, BI teams, and project leadership
Key Skills \& Experience
- 8–10\+ years as a Business Analyst in BI/Analytics
- Strong experience with
Power BI
environments
- Expertise in
requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of
data governance and reporting frameworks
- Domain knowledge in
CPG / Consumer Health (preferred)
