Hence assurance is being increasingly required on industry issues, business risks and key business processes. The Governance, Risk \& Compliance Services practice assists companies and public sector bodies to mitigate risk, improve performance and create value.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Collateral Management
and hands-on exposure to system transformation or migration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of the collateral lifecycle and regulatory frameworks such as UMR. Experience working on platforms like
Calypso
or
Murex
is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements using
JIRA
and
Confluence
.
- Lead and support initiatives focused on
collateral transformation
,
system migration
, or enhancements involving platforms such as
Calypso
or
Murex
.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across front office, risk, and operations to ensure smooth execution of collateral projects.
- Analyze and optimize end‑to‑end
collateral processes
, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Support testing activities—test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect management.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on collateral lifecycle workflows and operational impacts.

Collateral Management Expertise

- Margin calls
- ISDA documentation

Regulatory Knowledge
- UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules)
- Regulations related to

Nice to Have
- Experience working in global investment banks or financial institutions.
- Exposure to cross‑functional regulatory or compliance programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5–12 years of relevant experience in collateral management and BA roles
