Permanent position, $100k–$130k base (flexible)

We’re supporting a global fashion/apparel organisation undergoing a major ERP and operating model transformation, and are looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping how the business operates going forward.

This is a high-impact role working across business and technology, with a strong focus on process, structure, and stakeholder alignment.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead as-is / to-be process mapping across core business functions
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, merchandising, sales, and finance
• Support ERP transformation (Oracle / SAP or similar)
• Contribute to operating model and ways-of-working design
• Help align business processes with system capabilities and future-state structures

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or enterprise transformation programmes
• Strong process mapping (as-is / to-be) and requirements gathering skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, D365, etc.)
• Ability to operate in complex, evolving environments where business processes are being redefined

Nice to have:

• Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer products
• Exposure to operating model or organisational design
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or restructuring initiatives
