Business Analyst / Functional Project Specialist (1 year contract)

Business Analyst / Functional Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of the Retail Media Management system implementation by ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions, and that the system is delivered, tested, and adopted effectively.

The role acts as a key liaison between business, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment, solution quality, and successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT subject from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year experience of system implementation / functional role / IT-business coordination, or similar role
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of system implementation lifecycle
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• System Design Documentation Method using tools e.g SPARK, Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., use case diagrams, process mapping)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capability
