Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Management and assigned functions/teams/stakeholders to execute automation opportunities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work on projects diligently as assigned by Management from time to time.
- Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
- Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Excel VBA, Sharepoint, SQl, MS Power Platforms and other custom scripts.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints.
- Perform root cause analysis and optimize processes before automating.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor and maintain automation scripts, ensuring performance and uptime.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide training to end-users on newly implemented tools or automation workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role with a focus on process automation.
- Knowledge of finance processes is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, RPA platforms).
- Hands on experience in building Power BI Reporting Dashboards with various input sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with databases (SQL) and data manipulation is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage.
