Job Description

Role:

Senior Business Analyst – Low-Code/No-Code

Location:

Noida

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong blend of domain expertise and digital transformation acumen to drive the

adoption of low-code/no-code (LC/NC) agentic AI platforms

across asset-heavy industries such as

Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, Utilities, Mining

, or Infrastructure. You will serve as the critical bridge between business operations and technology teams, translating complex operational challenges into intelligent, scalable agent-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis \& Requirements

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across operations, maintenance, finance, and supply chain functions in asset-heavy environments
  • Conduct current-state process assessments (as-is) and design future-state workflows (to-be) optimized for agentic automation
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for LC/NC agent deployments
  • Identify automation opportunities across asset lifecycle management, predictive maintenance, procurement, compliance, and field operations

Low-Code/No-Code Agent Development

  • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Appian, Mendix, or emerging agentic tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Agentforce, CrewAI)
  • Build and iterate on agent logic, decision trees, and orchestration flows without heavy reliance on traditional software development
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems such as SAP, IBM Maximo, OSIsoft PI, or AVEVA
  • Define and manage data inputs/outputs, API connections, and event-driven triggers for agent workflows
  • Ensure agents comply with operational technology (OT) and IT security standards

Stakeholder Engagement \& Change Management

  • Work closely with plant managers, reliability engineers, operations leads, and C-suite sponsors to align agent solutions with business KPIs
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and sprint reviews to gather feedback and drive iterative improvements
  • Create business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks to justify and track investment in LC/NC initiatives
  • Champion adoption through training, documentation, and hypercare support post-deployment

Governance \& Quality

  • Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and governance standards for LC/NC agent development within the organization
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and performance validation for deployed agents
  • Monitor agent performance, flag anomalies, and drive continuous improvement cycles
  • Maintain audit trails and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 55000, OSHA, EPA, or industry-specific standards)

Required Qualifications

  • 7\+ years of experience in business analysis, with

at least 3 years in asset-heavy industries (Oil \& Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Mining, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major LC/NC platform (Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts including multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, tool use, and autonomous decision-making
  • Strong understanding of asset management frameworks (ISO 55000, APM, RCM) and industrial operations
  • Experience integrating LC/NC solutions with ERP/EAM systems such as SAP PM/MM, IBM Maximo, or Infor EAM
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong data literacy — ability to work with structured/unstructured data, dashboards, and basic analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of LC/NC platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, OpenAI - Frontier, ServiceNow etc.)
  • Exposure to Industrial IoT (IIoT), SCADA, historian data, or digital twin concepts
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts relevant to predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or asset optimization
  • Knowledge of OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity considerations in industrial environments
  • Agile, SAFe, or PMP certification

Key Competencies

  • Systems thinking with the ability to connect operational realities to digital solutions
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving technology landscapes
  • Attention to detail in regulated, safety-critical environments
  • Collaborative mindset with a bias for practical, deployable outcomes over theoretical perfection
