Business Analyst (Luxembourg)

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst for a European Union Institution with a focus on investment and financial operations, based in Luxembourg.

Qualifications

• Background in business process analysis and optimization
• Experience in drafting recommendations and functional requirements
• Practical knowledge of Agile requirements management (e.g. defining epics, user stories, backlog management)
• Ability to model processes and identify pain points
• Experience in data flow and data model design
• Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, change-driven environments
• Experience with BPM tools and Jira is a plus
• Excellent English (C1 level or higher)

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: This full-time, long-term role is available to EU citizens and offered exclusively to freelancers. If required, we provide support in establishing your freelance setup.
• Location: This is an on-site position in Luxembourg. Candidates currently based in other EU countries will be required to relocate. Relocation costs are not covered.
• Compensation: €450 daily rate.
• Working Days: Aligned with the standard work schedule in Luxembourg.
