Role Overview:

As a

Business Analyst Manager

, you will turn data into actionable insights to accelerate growth on TikTok Shop. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, improve ads efficiency, and shape winning commercial strategies.

Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze daily \& weekly performance (GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV) on TikTok Shop
  • Build and maintain dashboards \& reporting frameworks for data-driven decision making
  • Identify growth opportunities through campaign, customer, and category analysis
  • Support business planning, forecasting, and promotional strategies
  • Optimize ads performance (budget allocation, ROAS, campaign efficiency)
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content, Livestream, and Affiliate teams to maximize results
  • Monitor competitor activity, platform trends, and algorithm changes
  • Deliver strategic insights \& recommendations to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in business analysis, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable busiaign optimization
  • Advanced skills in Excel / data analysis tools (dashboarding experience is a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with TikTok Shop / social commerce is highly preferred
  • Be at the forefront of social commerce growth
  • Work with leading retail brands in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive real impact on business performance and revenue growth
