Business Analyst \& Process Owner

Barrow - Hybrid working

£50,000 - £60,000

Our Role

As the process owner for the onboarding, access requests and user enablement within a major A\&D client, you will be responsible for taking an established process to the next level through data analytics, process improvement, and implementation of auto-reporting tools. You will serve as a process owner, managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In this position you will play a key role in:

  • Proactively managing the process alongside the Service Now team.
  • Managing escalations regarding onboarding, access requests and user enablement.
  • Analysing process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills through both written and verbal channels, delivering high-quality documentation and reports.
  • Working autonomously to deliver results without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Owner, Communications Consultant or within a process improvement role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across various organizational levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience in process optimisation and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance (must be a sole UK national).
  • Willingness to travel to Barrow-in-Furness as required by client needs.
