Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic

Business Analyst / Product Manager

with strong experience in

Asset Management / Investment Management domain

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to

portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and investment operations

, along with the ability to translate business needs into

product specifications and intuitive UX designs

.

Candidates with

FinTech SaaS product experience

and exposure to

alternative investments

will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into

detailed product specifications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design

user-centric UX workflows and wireframes

• Work closely with engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Understand and map

investment workflows

, including:

• Portfolio Management
• Trade Order Management
• Cashflow \& Investment Operations
• Analyze and improve

end-to-end trade lifecycle processes

(equities, bonds, and other instruments)

• Support

product roadmap planning

and feature prioritization

• Perform

data analysis

to support business decisions and product enhancements

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in

Business Analysis / Product Management

• Strong domain knowledge in

Asset Management / Institutional Investment Management

• Solid understanding of:
• Equities, Fixed Income (Bonds), Trade Lifecycle
• Investment operations and workflows
• Experience in writing:
• Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• User Stories, Functional Specs
• Exposure to

UX design / workflow design

• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as:
• SQL / Python / R / Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
