Role: Business Analyst/ Product Manager
Location: NY/NJ/Boston (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst / Product Manager
with strong experience in
Asset Management / Investment Management domain
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to
portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and investment operations
, along with the ability to translate business needs into
product specifications and intuitive UX designs
.
Candidates with
FinTech SaaS product experience
and exposure to
alternative investments
will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into
detailed product specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design
user-centric UX workflows and wireframes
- Work closely with engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features
- Understand and map
investment workflows
, including:
- Portfolio Management
- Trade Order Management
- Cashflow \& Investment Operations
- Analyze and improve
end-to-end trade lifecycle processes
(equities, bonds, and other instruments)
- Support
product roadmap planning
and feature prioritization
- Perform
data analysis
to support business decisions and product enhancements
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in
Business Analysis / Product Management
- Strong domain knowledge in
Asset Management / Institutional Investment Management
- Solid understanding of:
- Equities, Fixed Income (Bonds), Trade Lifecycle
- Investment operations and workflows
- Experience in writing:
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- User Stories, Functional Specs
- Exposure to
UX design / workflow design
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as:
- SQL / Python / R / Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
