What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and document detailed business requirements, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for stakeholders
• Author and update internal and external documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Partner with team members and stakeholders across multiple business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation
• Translate stakeholder requests into formal requirements and deliver high-quality business requirement documentation
• Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and write specifications to improve business processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and development teams
• Strong experience in requirements management and creating various technical documents
• Proficiency in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows of business processes
• Familiarity with software and database development concepts

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with MS Visio or similar diagramming tools
• Background in the Educational Domain
