Business Analyst – Scrum Team

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Analyst to join our Scrum team and contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives within an international environment.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements, helping deliver innovative solutions across global teams.

What we are looking for:

• Previous hands-on experience either as a Business Analyst or as part of a software development team

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices (user stories, backlog management, sprints, refinements, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms is considered a plus

• A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement

• Comfortable working in an international environment where English is the working language
