Business Analyst - Telehealth

A fast-growing digital health start-up is seeking a detail-orientated Business Analyst to join their team remotely in April/May – someone able to create actionable insights from client data and excited to be a part of highly dynamic team.

This is a team rooted in the telehealth space, working with organizations and helping patients achieve their health goals through personalized, compassionate care. They offer a white label digital health platform that encompasses a suite of applications designed to support employee health, safety, and wellness and solutions to assist HR teams in managing various aspects of employee well-being. About the Role:

As the Business Analyst, you will play a critical part in transforming data into meaningful insights for the team’s biggest clients. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver customized reporting, actionable recommendations, and forecasting that supports strategic decision-making during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, download, and manage data from internal systems and reporting platforms.
• Clean, validate, and interpret large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards tailored to individual client needs.
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and key indicators to generate actionable insights
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand client goals and align analysis accordingly.
• Build forecasting models to project client performance and identify opportunities or risks.
• Support the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven narratives.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical frameworks.

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar/related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modelling) and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or telehealth environments
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn, retention, LTV, engagement)
• Experience building forecasting models or using statistical techniques
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
