Description
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
- Performs business analysis in a variety of complex situations
- Makes recommendations for product enhancements
- Provides a point of contact for business units into IT
+ Reviews requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects
- Participates in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT
- May act as a project manager on some projects
- Works closely with team members to ensure that timelines are being met
- Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate with different department teams to produce better business outcomes
- Provides members of the affected Business Unit with training
- Works with IT team regarding process documentation and overall documentation management
- Collaborates with the testing team on test results, root cause analysis and identify requirement gaps and resolutions
- Conducts knowledge transfer to the support teams during the implementation phase of projects
- Performs special assignments in support of department objectives
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently
