What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the Scrum Master and Business Analyst on an Agile software development team
• Oversee the scrum team for key high-priority projects, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery
• Assist in team development and accountability while removing roadblocks to enhance project capacity
• Lead the collection and management of user needs, facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Document acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure clarity and agreement among team members

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• 5\+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• 5\+ years of experience serving as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe certification
• Experience with Salesforce
