Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization:

Analyze and refine existing business workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, standardize best practices, and boost performance across teams.

• Technology \& Integration:

Assess, translate, and implement scalable technology solutions to drive automation. Oversee application integrations to build a cohesive digital ecosystem.

• Project \& Change Management:

Lead process improvement initiatives from inception to completion. Design and deliver engaging training programs to ensure seamless team adoption.

• Vendor \& Relationship Management:

Partner with external vendors to align software solutions with business needs, managing contracts and service agreements to maximize value.

• Hands-On Execution:

Actively contribute to requirements gathering, system customization, and implementation.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience:

3\+ years of proven experience as a Business Application Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in process analysis, workflow automation, and tech integration. Familiarity with HTML basics, WordPress, CRM, or marketing automation tools is a strong asset.

• Business Acumen:

Solid understanding of core business functions (Sales, Finance, Operations) with excellent problem-solving and solution-design skills.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
