Senior Consultant – Strategy \& Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for a

Consultant – Strategy \& Transformation

to help shape and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives across government and enterprise clients.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, define transformation strategies, design operating models, improve governance, and support the successful implementation of AI-enabled and digital transformation programs.

This role is ideal for professionals coming from leading consulting firms with experience in strategy, transformation, governance, and enterprise advisory.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements across public and private sector organizations.
• Conduct organizational, digital, and operational maturity assessments.
• Develop transformation strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI adoption.
• Facilitate executive workshops and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities.
• Design policies, SOPs, governance models, and performance management frameworks.
• Perform benchmarking, gap assessments, and business process reviews against global best practices.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership teams and board committees.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and timelines.
• Support proposal development, client relationship management, and business development activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building CNTXT's consulting capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5–8\+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise advisory.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm (Big Four, Tier 2, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering transformation projects for government, public sector, or large enterprise organizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI strategy, GenAI, automation, data, or emerging technologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in proposal writing and business development.
• Exposure to GCC government transformation programs.
