The Role

This is a full‑time, hybrid role for someone who wants more than a traditional sales or consulting position.

As a Business Consultant within a Vitality franchise, you’ll play a key role in driving growth through purpose‑led conversations — helping advisers understand how Vitality’s model supports better client engagement, stronger retention, and long‑term value.

You’ll combine commercial insight, analytical thinking, and relationship‑building to influence positive outcomes for advisers, their clients, and the wider business.

With clear development and progression pathways, this role is ideal for someone ambitious, curious, and motivated by impact — not just activity.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Building trusted, long‑term relationships with financial advisers.

·        Helping advisers understand and articulate the Vitality proposition and shared‑value model.

·        Identifying opportunities to drive growth, improve engagement, and enhance client outcomes.

·        Providing consultative support and performance insight, not product‑led selling.

·        Analysing financial and activity data to inform smarter decisions.

·        Communicating confidently with advisers and internal stakeholders.

·        Working autonomously while collaborating closely with a passionate, driven team.

What We’re Looking For

·        A full, clean UK driving licence.

·        Strong analytical capability with sound commercial and financial understanding.

·        Experience in consulting, management consulting, or a relationship‑driven role.

·        Confident, credible communication and the ability to influence.

·        A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.

·        Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.

·        Experience within insurance or financial services is an advantage, but not essential.
