Business Data Analyst

A growing and well-established distribution company is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across operations, supply chain, and sales functions. In this role, you will analyze operational and inventory data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency across warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment processes. You will partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales teams to identify trends, optimize performance, and support forecasting initiatives. Requirements:

• 3\+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or supply chain analytics
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience building reports/dashboards
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders
