Position Scope

:

● Generate accurate and timely invoices using Excel and/or billing software, including auditing and processing customer-required coding before submission.

● Review, classify, and code vendor and utility invoices prior to payment.

● Research and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.

● Communicate with clients regarding invoice status, corrections, or required documentation.

● Maintain and update invoicing databases to ensure data accuracy.

● Analyze financial data to identify variances and correct errors promptly.

● Collaborate with internal departments to verify and align financial information.

● Create and enhance financial spreadsheets and reporting tools.

● Provide data-driven insights to improve billing accuracy and workflow efficiency.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

● Run daily reports and update dashboards as needed.

● Support general financial analysis and reporting tasks.

● Assist with light administrative duties, including travel arrangements and expense report handling.

Qualifications:

● Experience as a Data Analyst, Billing Analyst, or similar role in finance or accounting.

● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.).

● Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

● Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

● Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

● Proven problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

●

Bilingual English \& Spanish highly preferred.
