AI Clearing partners with leading Developers and General Contractors across the Renewable, Civil, and Energy Infrastructure space. We're hiring a BDR to expand our footprint in North America for the fastest-growing AI platform in construction.

What You Will Do

  • 60\+ outbound dials per day targeting General Contractors, EPCs, Developers, and infrastructure owners across the U.S. and Canada
  • Keep a steady flow of qualified meetings that convert into real opportunities
  • Use Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach to identify, and manage target accounts
  • Travel 2 times per quarter to construction sites, client demos, and industry events
  • Feed field intelligence back to Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting
  • Get fluent in construction workflows, drone operations, and how our AI analytics work

This Role Is For You If

  • You have 1 to 2\+ years as a BDR/SDR in SaaS, or you come from construction (solar, civil, oil and gas) and want to break into tech sales
  • You figure things out before asking. When a process doesn't exist, you build one
  • You're comfortable being measured on output every day and welcome that level of accountability
  • You learn new software quickly. CRM and sales tools are part of your daily workflow, and you use them to stay organized, track activity, and drive results
  • You communicate clearly in writing and on the phone. Full professional fluency in English required
  • Background in solar, civil, or oil and gas is an advantage. FAA Part 107 certification is a plus
  • You bring Grit, hard work and proactive mindset to all facets of the role

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You’re not comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve
  • You rely heavily on daily direction rather than taking ownership of your priorities and pipeline
  • You’re resistant to feedback or coaching intended to improve performance
  • You're uncomfortable with proactive outreach, including picking up the phone and initiating conversations

This is a foundational BDR seat at a company with proven demand. AI Clearing is working with many of the top players in the renewable and infrastructure space. You'll work directly with the Director of Sales and founding team, and the outreach you build will scale with the company.
