  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Representative for a client in the Galleria

to drive new residential and commercial title opportunities. This person will focus on

building relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals, identifying new

business, and growing market share through prospecting, networking, and client

engagement. They will manage a pipeline within a CRM and partner closely with internal

teams to ensure a strong client experience and support ongoing revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, social, in-person networking)
  • Build relationships with:
  • Real estate agents
  • Brokers
  • Lenders
  • Referral partners
  • Present and promote title and escrow services to prospective clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and business volume
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and trainings
  • Partner with escrow officers and operations teams to ensure a smooth client

experience

  • Track and manage pipeline activity, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes
  • Manage day-to-day client needs, including responding to inquiries and file-related

matters

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Provide market insights, analysis, and feedback.
