About The Team

The Business Intelligence team is part of the Digital Enablement department, focused on helping clients digitize their operations and unlock value from their data. We support businesses in adopting new technologies and using data to make better decisions, reduce costs, and improve performance.

Our team works with business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics to provide insights that drive both strategic plans and everyday operations. We build scalable data architectures, design real-time data pipelines, and use machine learning and predictive models to detect trends and forecast results.

With clear and easy-to-understand visualizations and reporting tools, we enable clients to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

About Your Manager

Radek is the manager of the team and has long experience in data analytics agenda from projects in the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Switzerland, Canada, United States or in the Middle East region. Apart from project responsibilities, Radek focuses on building trust and openness across the whole team. He believes that everyone in the team has something to learn from each other and therefore grow together. He likes traveling, sports and enjoys time with family.

Job Description \& Summary

We are looking for candidates to join our globally focused and agile Digital Enablement team based in Prague. Our team engages in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Architecture activities for clients both in the Czech Republic and internationally. We offer the opportunity to work with premier clients, projects, and technologies, enabling you to quickly broaden your experience and develop your skills.

You will:

• Work as part of the Prague Digital Enablement agile team, participating in the development of innovative data-driven solutions for PwC clients through consultation, design, and implementation of data analytics solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical language.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and apply technology to address those needs.
• Analyze data in relation to business requirements and processes.
• Design and implement technical target states.
• Adapt flexibly to the varying needs of different clients.
• Present insights gained from business analysis, data mining, and user stories based on final reports.
• Identify core issues and pain points, propose solution approaches, and collaborate closely with other team members on implementation.

You will potentially:

• Help clients develop data-driven solutions to address their business challenges and goals.
• Build data models and develop data transformations.
• Write SQL queries and DAX formulas within MS Power BI.
• Create compelling data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Apply business intelligence best practices to standardize reports and automate data flows and report refreshes.
• Supervise junior colleagues and participate in project management

Requirements of the role

• Strong interest in data and a clear motivation to develop your career in business intelligence.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with business teams, understand their challenges, and assist in automating and optimizing processes through BI solutions.
• At least 2 year of practical experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization, or data analysis.
• Openness to learn and work with a variety of technologies without restricting yourself to a single tool or platform (e.g., SQL, MS Power BI, Azure Stack, Databricks).
• Adaptability and eagerness to grow in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment aligned with client needs and emerging technologies.
• Solid foundation of databases, and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, IBM Cognos), SQL, and ETL processes.
• Good communication skills in both English and Czech.
