Business Intelligence Analyst II

plays a key role in supporting Tire Rack’s business intelligence efforts by analyzing data, developing dashboards, and translating information into actionable insights. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and communicating complex information clearly while managing multiple projects and priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
• Analyze moderately complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
• Use SQL and other analytical tools to retrieve, evaluate, and troubleshoot data.
• Develop data-driven recommendations that support business processes, performance, and profitability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and business partners.
• Verify data accuracy and integrity across dashboards, reports, and other analytical deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency with Tableau and experience developing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries and understand relational database concepts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools used for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional business partners.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Standard Days:

Monday–Friday

• Occasional weekends

8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (additional hours may be required)
