Business Intelligence Specialist

to join its team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct company and industry research to support strategic meetings and initiatives
• Assist with internal reporting and data preparation
• Support client segmentation and performance tracking projects
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and recurring reporting materials
• Help manage multiple requests from teams across the firm

You’ll work closely with experienced analysts and leaders who will train you and invest in your development.

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Information Science, Library Science, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred)
• Basic to solid Excel skills
• Some research experience (academic, library, company, or industry research)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days per week in Cleveland
