Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing investor tracking systems, performing financial analysis, and supporting operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience collaborating across teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve Excel models that track individual investor investments, project deployments, and preferred return balances across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor and update investor terms, including investment schedules, preferred return rates, broker participation, and payment obligations.
- Oversee capital inflows and outflows for various projects, ensuring investor data is accurately reflected in internal systems.
- Prepare periodic updates for management, including preferred return statements for investors.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in tracking and analysis.
- Develop and manage Excel-based models to evaluate project economics, investor returns, and broker participation structures.
- Conduct research and financial analysis on new projects, investment frameworks, and operational matters.
- Summarize complex financial information into clear, concise reports for leadership review.
- Support operational processes related to capital movement and project funding, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams such as compliance/legal and investor relations to maintain alignment and documentation integrity.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 \+ discretionary bonus.

- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly with financial tracking and modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools for creating and maintaining complex models.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize financial data.
- Familiarity with investor management software, such as Juniper Square, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and banking processes is preferred.
- Experience in project funding and capital movement processes is a plus.
