Business Process Analyst - Remote

Up to £50,000/ annum.

We’re working with an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation to recruit for a Business Process Analyst to join their growing technology function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how the business leverages automation, AI, and process optimisation to drive innovation and efficiency.

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve end-to-end processes, helping to unlock opportunities for automation and AI-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business teams to understand current processes, challenges, and pain points.
  • Document and map end-to-end processes using structured and standardised approaches.
  • Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support innovation initiatives across Digital Labs, with a focus on automation and AI solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to design future-state processes.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing workflow automation and AI use cases.
  • Ensure all process documentation aligns with governance and quality standards.
  • Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of process mapping standards and methodologies.

Key Skills \& Experience:

  • Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis.
  • Strong ability to clearly document complex processes.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Understanding of digital transformation initiatives and innovation programmes.
  • Exposure to workflow tools, automation platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Confident in challenging constructively and asking insightful questions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working across both business and technology teams.

Salary:

Our client are offering a salary of up to £50,000 / annum, plus excellent benefits and remote working opportunities.
