Business Strategy Analyst

An elite boutique investment bank is looking to add a Business Strategy Analyst to its growing team based out of the firm's Midtown Manhattan office (5x in office). The role serves as a great opportunity for a junior finance professional to gain exposure to a top international bank while having visibility and exposure to senior management as well as different coverage groups. High performers in this seat have multiple upward pathways they can go within the bank long-term. Compensation is competitive.

Responsibilities

• Support senior business managers on any of the firm's strategic initiatives, performance-related projects, and deal pipelines
• Lead business reviews and analysis for multiple internal purposes
• Craft internal meeting materials
• Support investment banking teams with deal management on ad hoc basis
• Serve as POC for investment bankers on any strategic initiative manners
• Identify and execute process improvements

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of financial services experience
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, exposure to Salesforce a nice to have
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Organized, elite attention to detail, and strong communication skills
