Buyer Purchasing Coordinator

What You’ll Do

·        Source and procure plastics resins, direct components, packaging, and MRO supplies

·        Manage purchase orders, pricing, and supplier performance

·        Maintain inventory levels aligned with production demand

·        Troubleshoot supply issues (delays, shortages, quality concerns)

·        Build and manage vendor relationships

·        Own purchasing data and transactions in Plex by Rockwell Automation (ERP)

·        Support accounts payable invoice accuracy

What You Bring

·        Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

·        Experience in plastics or thermoforming is strongly preferred

·        Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

·        ERP experience (Plex is a strong asset)

·        Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
