About Position:

We are seeking experienced C\+\+ Developers with Qt/QML expertise who thrive in environments requiring precision, performance, and user-centric design. This role is perfect for professionals who can deliver high-quality, high-performance applications while bridging the gap between backend logic and rich user interfaces. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing cross-platform or embedded applications, combining low-level system efficiency with modern UI/UX experiences using Qt and QML. The role demands strong ownership of both design and execution, from architecture decisions to fine-grained performance tuning.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C\+\+ applications with Qt framework across desktop/embedded environments.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Qt Quick/QML and integrate them with C\+\+ backend (signals/slots, models, and controllers).
• Implement clean architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM), reusable UI components, and state management for complex screens.
• Optimize application performance (startup time, UI rendering, memory usage) and ensure stability under real-world workloads.
• Work on multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and inter-process communication where required.
• Integrate third-party libraries, device/SDK interfaces, and platform-specific components (Windows/Linux; embedded a plus).
• Write unit tests and automation tests (Qt Test, GoogleTest, QML test frameworks), ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Debug production issues, analyze crashes/logs, perform RCA, and implement preventive fixes.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into reliable, user-friendly features.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, CI build configurations, and participate in code reviews and change management routines.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in C\+\+ (C\+\+11/14/17) with solid understanding of OOP, STL, memory management, and design patterns.
• Excellent expertise in Qt framework (Qt Core, Qt Widgets, Qt Network, Qt Concurrent) and Qt Creator/CMake/qmake build systems.
• Proven experience in QML/Qt Quick (Layouts, Controls, Animations, JavaScript in QML) and C\+\+ ? QML integration.
• Good understanding of multi-threading, synchronization, and thread-safe UI updates in Qt.
• Strong debugging skills using GDB/LLDB/Visual Studio Debugger, profilers, and performance tools.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for builds/tests (Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and Qt networking APIs (HTTP/WebSockets/TCP/UDP as applicable).
• Experience with packaging/deployment for desktop apps (MSI/EXE/AppImage, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing/ALM tools (Jira/Azure Boards) and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
