We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to generate high-quality leads and fuel our sales pipeline.
Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that drive qualified leads for our Sales Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, with a strong focus on demand generation, campaign performance, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation \& Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, social, events, trade shows, conferences, webinars)
- Generate qualified leads for MSP and cybersecurity services
- Build and manage inbound and outbound lead funnels
Content \& Messaging
- Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages)
- Translate technical IT/security services into clear business value
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging with target audiences
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee website performance and conversion optimization
Marketing Automation \& CRM
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Track, score, and nurture leads through the funnel
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to sales
Analytics \& Optimization
- Monitor KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, ROI)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5\+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in MSP, MSSP, or IT services
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
Preferred:
- Experience marketing cybersecurity or IT services
- Familiarity with MSP tools, services, or industry trends
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, CMMC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) is a plus
