Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused National Account Manager to support and grow key customer accounts across our portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can balance strategic account management with day-to-day execution. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers while working cross-functionally to deliver solutions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with national and strategic accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, new business, and increased product penetration
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to execute customer needs effectively
- Develop and present account plans, pricing strategies, and business reviews
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive landscape
- Travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or related industries)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
