Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused National Account Manager to support and grow key customer accounts across our portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can balance strategic account management with day-to-day execution. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers while working cross-functionally to deliver solutions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with national and strategic accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, new business, and increased product penetration
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to execute customer needs effectively
  • Develop and present account plans, pricing strategies, and business reviews
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive landscape
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or related industries)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
