Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physicians (MD/DO) to provide telehealth-based evaluations and clinical documentation on a per-case basis.

This role is ideal for providers seeking flexible, remote work with minimal administrative burden.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth clinical evaluations
• Review submitted records and documentation
• Provide clinical impressions and, when appropriate, diagnoses
• Complete structured reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with consulting team as needed

Requirements

For Nurse Practitioners (NP):

• Active NP license in good standing
• Eligible for independent practice in your state (required)

For Physicians (MD/DO):

• Active medical license in good standing
• Board certification or eligibility preferred

For All Applicants:

• Ability to perform telehealth evaluations
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Active malpractice insurance
• Reliable internet and private workspace

Preferred Experience

• Clinical evaluations or assessments
• Documentation / report writing
• Primary care, mental health, or case-based assessments

Compensation

• NP: $250 – $350 per evaluation
• MD/DO: $300 – $400\+ per evaluation
• Higher rates may apply for complex cases

Schedule

• Flexible, case-based assignments
• No minimum hour requirement
