You will lead a diverse and highly capable global finance team of 12 individuals consisting of controllers, group reporting specialists, internal control professionals, and tax experts. The team operates across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, working collaboratively with local management, external advisors, and our executive leadership.

Internal Controls \& Governance
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework
- Lead IPO-related internal control enhancements (including SOX-like structures if applicable)
- Strengthen financial policies and procedures across 20 jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and international regulatory requirements
Tax Oversight
