Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably a Master’s) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field,
- Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience developing ETL workflows and analytical data models,
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and design principles,
- Experience in data visualization and the ability to design clear, insightful dashboards that effectively communicate business metrics and trends,
- Strong skills in data cleaning, transformation, validation, and enrichment for large datasets,
- Excellent analytical thinking and strong attention to detail, particularly regarding data consistency and accuracy,
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Experience with cloud environments (especially AWS).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-quality daily data flows,
- Develop and maintain data models, calculated fields, KPIs, and business metrics for accurate and standardized reporting,
- Perform data enrichment, cleaning, validation, and transformation to improve data usability and integrity,
- Monitor daily data refreshes, identify missing or inconsistent records, verify critical business totals, and resolve data quality issues,
- Analyze internal datasets and deliver data-driven insights that support business needs and strategic initiatives,
- Collaborate closely with business units to translate data and analytics needs into scalable, high-quality data solutions,
- Collaborate with technology partners to evaluate, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-based data solutions.
