About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled AI/GenAI Full Stack Developers to build next-generation AI products and enterprise AI solutions. The individual should have strong experience developing applications using LLMs, open-weight models, modern cloud platforms, APIs and full-stack engineering frameworks. This is a hands-on role focused on building production-ready GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development

• Develop AI and Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI architectures.
• Build AI copilots, enterprise search, chatbots, document intelligence and workflow automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using enterprise data sources, embeddings and vector databases.

Open-weight Models

• Deploy and manage open-weight models including Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, Gemma and Phi.
• Implement model serving using vLLM, Ollama, Hugging Face TGI or similar frameworks.
• Support fine-tuning, quantization, prompt evaluation and inference optimization where required.

Full Stack Engineering

• Build backend services, APIs and orchestration layers using Python, FastAPI or Flask.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript or Angular.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, data platforms and workflow systems.

Cloud \& DevOps

• Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Manage containers, Kubernetes environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement application monitoring, model observability and performance tracking.

Collaboration \& Delivery

• Work with architects, product owners, data scientists, engineers and clients.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, code reviews and production troubleshooting.

• Azure, AWS or GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Cloud-native logging, monitoring and deployment automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on GenAI development experience preferred.
• Experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
• Strong coding, debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
